Last nights episode featured Anna Maria Island in all it’s glory. The couple had three homes on their narrowed down list. With a budget of 1.5 Million, they set off to find everything they could want in a beach home. Of course the couple had many features that they wanted in their home among them a boat dock, three bedrooms, two baths and a pool. The first house was on the north side of the island. It was nice but I didn’t think that it would be good for them as it was not on the beach. One of the things that makes Holmes beach hideaway special is that it is close to the beach only one block away when looking for a vacation rental and Anna Maria island it’s important that you find a place that fits all your needs. Holmes beach hideaways special kick in that it has all the restaurants you could want right in your backyard.
In the end the couple went with a moderate home, though the beach is not very wide in the area that they chose. Personally I like the home next to the nature preserve on Holmes Beach that they decided against it because they did not like the layout. Make sure you find is episode on hGTV and check it out.
